• •If a location is found to be unsafe, unpaved, or otherwise inaccessible, our staff may deliver to the nearest safe and accessible point instead of the exact address, to protect both your items and our team.
• •Our drivers are trained to assess routes in advance and will never compromise safety to force a delivery through.
• •Accurate address details and access notes (e.g. narrow roads, stairs, gate codes) during booking help us serve you faster and more safely.
