Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• •Account details: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored encrypted by our login provider; we can't see it).
• •Booking details: pickup and drop-off addresses and map pins, contact persons at each address, item descriptions, sizes and photos, delivery date and time, delivery instructions, and notes about access to the location.
• •Identity documents: if you choose to upload a government ID for account verification, the ID image and the details on it.
• •Messages: what you send through our contact form, and calls, texts or chats with our team.
• •Payment records: amounts, payment method and dates. We don't store card numbers on this website.
• •Technical data: your browser saves your login session and an unfinished booking draft on your own device so you don't lose them. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security.

2. Why we use it

• •To quote, schedule, carry out and follow up on your delivery or move;
• •To contact you about your booking, and to send quotes, receipts and updates;
• •To verify identity where needed to protect cargo and prevent fraud;
• •To keep business, accounting and tax records required by law;
• •To answer your questions and improve our service.

We process this data because it's needed to provide the service you asked for, because the law requires certain records, or with your consent (for example, an optional ID upload). We don't sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Who we share it with

Only with people and services that help us deliver for you:

• •Our own drivers and crew, who need the addresses, contacts and item details for your job;
• •Service providers that run this website: database and file storage (Supabase), website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend) and maps and address search (Google Maps Platform);
• •Government authorities, when the law requires it.

These providers may store data on servers outside the Philippines, under their own security safeguards.

4. How long we keep it

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and for the period Philippine tax and accounting rules require. ID images are kept only while needed for verification. You can ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep.

5. How we protect it

Access to customer data is limited to our team and protected by login. Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but if a breach affecting your data happens, we'll notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.

6. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• •Be informed about how your data is used;
• •Access the personal data we hold about you;
• •Correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
• •Object to processing, or withdraw consent you gave;
• •Have data erased or blocked when it's no longer needed or was processed unlawfully;
• •Get a copy of your data in a commonly used format;
• •File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
